Kindergarten & Grade 1 (2021-2022 school year)
Eligibility Requirements
- Kindergarten: Five years of age on or before December 31, 2021
- Grade 1: Six years of age on or before December 31, 2021
Additional Information
- We require proof of age at time of registration.
- If a birth certificate is unavailable, we will accept a baptismal certificate.
- If your child is enrolled in Kindergarten classes, you do not need re-register them.
We offer programs in English and French immersion at PVS.
For Kindergarten registration, please come to the school to pick up a Kindergarten Registration Package.
Registration for Grades 1-12 (2021-2022 school year)
Additional Information
- Please bring a birth certificate.
- If a birth certificate is unavailable, we will accept a baptismal certificate.
- Please bring a Manitoba Health Card.
- Please bring in the child's latest report card.
- If your child was enrolled in classes last year, you do not need re-register them.
We offer programs in English & French Immersion to all children beginning in Kindergarten.
Entry into the French Immersion and English Programs is open to all children of Kindergarten and Grade 1 age who possess little or no knowledge of the French language, but who wish to become bilingual by learning French as a second language.
For grade 1-12 registration, please complete all of the pages on the form below. Please ensure that all pages are complete with dates and signatures.
Additional pages may be required if the child is in care, or school of choice.
